Contact our client services team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original protective materials and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.

Once our studio inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
